How do I manage my refunds requests?
The customer can see all their orders, even if they don't have an account on your store and ask for a refund. In your Custo admin dashboard you can see the reason the customer provided for the refund and decide to accept or deny it. After the refund is accepted, the customer is refunded through Shopify Payments, but note that we do not take care of the physical return of the product.
How to generate a discount code?
We catch & display all failed checkouts of your customers on the Custo admin dashboard through the Shopify API, where you decide to generate a discount code. The customer is given a link to continue his abandoned checkout session & apply the discount code you generated.
